Malam-malam apa bikinnn???

Dalam kebosanan yang melanda last nite i telah membuat simple dish for dinner...teringin mcm nak mkn bergedil..tp mcm bosan kalau begedil saje..so i pun buatlah begedil ala ikea...french fries frozen yg i buat i ade lg dalam fridge..deep fry...tgk fresh milk pun ok lagi..i buat black pepper sauce..uli2 minced chcken buat begedil..
Ramai yang tanye macamana nak buat sauce black pepper tu..senang sajee sebenarnyeee

2 tsp flour
butter 
black pper powder n crack
Lp sauce n soy sauce
salt 
 Firstly heat the pan and melt the butter..melt sampai color brown sikit then letak tepung..stir..campo air sikit..masuk kan garam,lp n soy sauce..nak pedas lagik letak bawak sikit blck powder..huhuhuhu


Lepas perut kenyang,bosanova pun kembali ..i pun tatau nak buat ape..i looked at my palm..OMG!!mehdi hari tu da fade...(sememangnye i gile henna,so i pun buat mehdi)

macam-macam..........

Semalam berseharian dok berjalan-jalan..first meet Eiba at IKANO, then pegi pulak Jalan Tar jumpe pulak Fadwa and family dia.and lastly kan i missed out jumpe Noura kat Pavillion,grrrrrrrrrr....sorry Noura!!! terus balik Damansara..penat bersosial..When i was in Ikano,hahaahha...Eiba's daughter nak naik the "gajah gerak-gerak" well anyway i dont have any idea about ape name sebenar for the gajah..lol..her daughter takot nak naik,guess what!!!i ride the gajah as well..syok pulakk...siap boleh go head gostan lagi..hahahhaa..just press the button je..

After that...i shhhooooott terus pegi KL,jumpe Fadwa..dah lame tak jumpe dia ni,,last jumpe ms kat Muo,berkurun tak jumpee ni baru nak jumpe....tapi lagik 2 week i akan berjimba jimbo dgn si Fadwa semula..yehaaaa..Mase i ngn di Fadwa ni sempat laa i membeli satu lipstick merahhh meyirap nyirap...dah test2 kat kaunter tu,nmpak lawaaa..dengan confident tak lap,i pun jalan laaa dgn bermulut baru..lipstick merah menyirap nyirapp..
Some of my friends said,kalau nak pakai lipstick yg color merahmenyirap nyirap nii kena kulit muka putih melepak..tapi i rase tayah kot..sbb i saw Beyonce and even black singer banyak yg pakai this color,so this kind of color bukan lahh tertumpu pada orang yang berkulit cerah...ape color pun boleh pakai..cumaa di nasihatkan jangan lah pi pakai baju merah,tudung merah ..pastu lipstick merah menyirap nyirapp..yang tuu memangg sah sahh laaa kann..takmau cakap lahh kenapee kann...satg kena cili!!!!! larikkkkkkkkkkk......

chapati with love.........

Chapati with love...chaapati ni i bukan bukan sbb i jamu kat hubby ke sesiapa..i jamu myself with love sebab i syg myself..jadikla chapati with love..tettttttt...lagik pun esok i ade tempahan chapati so i saje laa nak test power takot tak sedap pulak nak jual kat org..





Tepung chapati -gune tepung atta,garam,melted butter,air-neatly till jadi dough
perap lahhh sampai  20 minit then buat bulat2..nak canai...bakar atas pan.mcm i ni i bakar atas pan then 
i remove to pembakar ikan...dia akan membesar macm ballon...one of the method,chapati boleh jadi lebih lembut..

Kuah parpu aka kual dhal...(kalau org penang,kite panggil kuah parpu)
soak the parpu dalam 30 min...sampai kembang..
masak parpu tuuu sampai hancur,masuk ubi...rebus sekali...

...pastu..
tumis bawang merah,cili kering,jintan manis,biji sawi,cili sebuk,serbuk kunyit and sebuk kari daging,..tumis kasik layu sket..pastuu tuang masuk dalam parpu td...haaa jadik!!!!

ikan jacket belah belakang

Hari ni i mcm bosan home alone,i decide nak buat lauk biase2 sudaaa...asal kenyang,bukak fridge ade sekoq ikan jacket...dok terpikir nak masak ape..ha ikan belah belakang..Kalau org utara,cara masakan ni mmg biasalah, belah ikan tu side by side then stuff dengan sambal..i mcm bosan mkn yang typical sambal,i alter sket..rase dia mcm ala2 sambal tomyam gituuu...huhuhuhuhuhu
                                              ni  la rupe diaa bilee i da koyak kulit ikan tersebut

Kalau ade yang nak try bolehhh laaa..

sambal:
cili merah,bawang merah n putih,belacan ,tomato,garam,gula,lengkuas,serai---------tumbuk2 sampai laa halus

boh ayaq asam sikit ,racik daun kunyit..masukkan dalam sambal pastu sumbat laahhh dalam ikan tu..goreng...jadik laa tadaaaaaaaaaaa.........

Atas permintaan ramaiii ,chewahhhh..perasan!i akan postkan a few recipes about my favourite foods ,hopefully sape2 yang bace tu boleh laa try kat rumah kann...just for sharing je..dari dok ternganga kat rumah tatau ape nak buat baiklahh i dok masak2..heheheehe..tapi sememangnye my hobby pun masak memasak dan makan memakan..

I m sure u guys pernah dgr pasal spaghetti punye gravy yang dalam botol tu yg katenye ke rumours ke cakap tak halal?once upon a time pun i used to beli jugak that bottle..tapi bila i terbaca one email ni,mulaa laaa gundah gulana takot kang kalo i pun pernah terrmakan benda tak halal yang ade dalamnye..nauzubillah,tanak eh! so i pun figure out camne nak buat gravy sendiri..i pernah tgk dalam channel AFC,Morroco people buat satu kuah ni mcm sauce spaghtti tapi dorg cicah dgn roti..from that i tried to figure out camne nak buat sauce sendiri..homemade,halal lagik suci  pastu HALALAN TOYYIBA gitu...let s check it out

INGREDIENT:

tomatoes
italian herbs(mix herbs oso can)
olive oil
garlic
flour
butter
salt n pepper
tomato sauce(i suka jalin sbb rase cam sos mcd!)
mince beef
holland onion(square cutt)
button mushroom
pitted olive


how to make the sauce?
Firstly.tomatoes tu u guys toreh empat(bukn potong terus) exactly atas bahagian atas tomatoes and boilkan dalam 10 minit..nti tomatoes akan layu sikit and then peel the skin..pastu u guys sagat dia kasik halus.
Next step,heat pan and drizzle with olive oil ,garlic pastu masuk kan tepung dalam 2 tablespn kasi pekat then masukkan tomatoes yg dah di sagat tadi...pastu tomato sauce...panaskannn klo pekat sgt tambah air...while tgh boil tu masukkan italian herbs..let it cook abt 15 min,campakkan mince beef,mushroom and olive..masak lame sikit dalam 20 min api slow then terus masukkan salt and pepper..lastly butter..butter tu nak kasik rase milky2 sikit dalam our gravy..huhuhuhu..siap..spaghetti mcm biase laa kannn rebus dgn oil n garam..nak syurr lagik...letak cheese ,meltkan dlam microwave..huihuhuhu

Pagi ni bangun-bangun i terus terpikir nak post ape eh for first posting,tettttttt..teringat pasal breakfast..biaselah me equal to food,food equal to me..thats y ever since i ve got married i pun dah mcm tong

Ni adalah my breakfast for cny,got friends visit..treat them with "bihun singapore" before they leaving to Penang...i potong cili padi dengan kicap,i ingt pedas biase biase jelahh sekali pedas gile..mcm nak keluar telinge.(i terus teringat cerite monyet yang mkn cili..keluar api kat telinge..i assume i mcm tu lahhh) ..

Firstly,i m so excited after i received feedback from the facebookers regarding the opening of this blog..ALHAMDULILAH,ALHAMDULILAH,ALHAMDULILAH...sangat teruja nak bukak blog ni and also special thank to the very nice lady,Eila Lala for suggest me to do so...so malam-malam takder la i boredom sangat..lots of thing to be tell and share kan  and its nature for woman like me nak share stories and opinions. 
Its been too  much stuffs i 've been thinking about, ape yang menarik  nak di sharekan..somethings yang mungkin boleh di manafaatkan oleh everyone yang baca this blog. At this moment i write this,i mmg daaa tak sabar nak tulis more stories..my feeling went crazy...tapi daaa almost 12 dahh kan..i need to sleep now..hopefully,tomorrow will be a great day for us...inshallah..and i miss my husband so much(wherever you are)!!
