belen belen dough

Last Sunday i ade buat bun..whole day with bread..petang tu nak pegi rumah mak mentua,bukak fridge ade moza cheese and minced chicken..AND ITS PIZZA!..hahhahhah..buat topping sauce dia..belen dough ade lagik.tpi i rase dough yg untuk pizza mesti lagi lembut compare to the bun..sbb i mcm peram lame sket kan.Disebabkan i tader casarole for pizza,i gune tutup periuk sudah!!!..


For topping pizza u guys boleh ikot resepi gravy for spaghetti same jee...cume kalau boleh,tambahkan tomato puree untuk warne lebih merah..
Skang ni marilah ikot resepi for dough bun/pizza

BAHAN-BAHAN

instant yis,milk powder,gula,garam ,telur,high protein flour...

ps:instant yis+milk powder+egg+gule=leave it about 10 min sampai naik bubble
Now u guys just have to mix flour,salt n sugar..make a weld then pour the instant yis mix tu...knead about 10 min...ok,harus di ingatkan u guys mesti knead dia lembik sket kalo keras nati bun tak jadi..klo boleh kasik ade kesan melekat kat tgn tu..then knead kan jadi size bulat...tutup dgn kain lembab..Biasenye i akan buat dough ni malam,so esok pagi tuu terus boleh gune..bile dia dah jadi double sizw,punch2 kan supaya udara dia keluar n knead semula..let it rest about 10 min..pastu baru boleh buat pizaa ke bun ke ape eh..Anyway this dough pun boleh di gunakan sebagai pau sambal tu..boleh goreng jugeeeee....SELAMAT MENCUBA DAN SELAMAT BERAMAL.!!!!
